Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Pour tart cherry juice into a small saucepan. Heat gently on low.

Step 2:

  • Sprinkle gelatin over warm juice. Let it sit for one minute.

Step 3:

  • Whisk slowly until gelatin fully dissolves. Avoid lumps.

Step 4:

  • Add honey or maple syrup. Stir until mixture looks smooth.

Step 5:

  • If using, add chamomile or magnesium drops now. Stir gently.

Step 6:

  • Remove from heat. Let it cool slightly but not too much.

Step 7:

  • Pour mixture into silicone molds using a dropper or spoon.

Step 8:

  • Place molds on a tray and refrigerate for two hours.

Step 9:

  • Once firm, remove gummies gently from molds.

Step 10:
