Ingredients
  

  • Ripe avocado – 1 medium
  • Pineapple chunks – 1 cup fresh or frozen
  • Banana – 1 small
  • Milk or almond milk – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruits

  • Wash the pineapple if fresh. Cut avocado in half. Remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh. Peel the banana. Cut all fruits into small pieces.

Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Place avocado, pineapple, and banana into the blender. Add milk and honey. Make sure everything sits evenly for smooth blending.

Add Ice Cubes

  • Add ice cubes to the blender. Ice makes the smoothie cold and thick. You can skip ice if using frozen pineapple.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend on high speed for 30 to 40 seconds. Stop and scrape sides if needed. Blend again until smooth and creamy.

Check Texture and Taste

  • Check the smoothie texture. Add more milk if thick. Taste and add honey if needed. Blend again for few seconds.

Serve Fresh

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses. Serve immediately while cold. Enjoy fresh flavor and creamy texture.
