Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Ice cubes optional for thicker smoothie

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit

  • Peel and chop fresh pineapple and banana into small chunks. Measure frozen mango. This ensures smooth blending and even flavor throughout the smoothie.

Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Place pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk and orange juice into the blender. Add honey and vanilla if you like extra sweetness and flavor.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie. Check consistency and adjust liquid if needed.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the smoothie and add more honey if it is not sweet enough. You can also add more coconut milk or orange juice to adjust texture.

Serve Immediately

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses. Optionally garnish with pineapple wedges or a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Serve cold for the best tropical flavor.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruits for natural sweetness.
  • Freeze bananas for a creamier texture.
  • Add ice cubes for a frosty tropical drink.
  • Use coconut water instead of milk for a lighter smoothie.
  • Blend thoroughly to remove any fruit chunks.
