Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, vanilla.
Add wet mix to dry mix slowly.
Fold in diced apples gently.
Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden.
Cool fritters on a wire rack.
Whisk powdered sugar with milk for glaze.
Drizzle glaze over warm fritters.
