Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese 8 oz
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme optional
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Let it fully heat before baking your Brie.

Prepare the Baking Dish

  • Place Brie in a small baking dish or cast iron skillet. Make sure it fits snugly.

Add Pecans

  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the Brie. Spread evenly over the cheese surface.

Drizzle Honey

  • Pour honey over the pecans and cheese. Let it cover the top nicely.

Add Thyme

  • (Optional) Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top for extra flavor. This is optional but tasty.

Bake the Brie

  • Place in oven for 12–15 minutes. Cheese should be soft but not completely melted.

Check the Cheese

  • The top should be golden and slightly bubbly. Remove carefully from the oven.

Serve Warm

  • Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use a good quality Brie for best flavor.
  • Toast pecans lightly for extra crunch.
  • Do not overbake the Brie; it should be soft, not runny.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon for a sweet twist.
  • Serve right away for the best taste.
