Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana peeled
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • Ice cubes optional, 4–6

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruit

  • Peel the banana and wash the berries. Cut strawberries if large. Keep other berries whole.

Add to Blender

  • Place banana, berries, Greek yogurt and protein powder into the blender.

Add Liquid

  • Pour milk into the blender. Add honey or maple syrup if you want sweetness.

Add Ice and Spices

  • Add ice cubes for cold smoothie. Sprinkle cinnamon if desired.

Blend the Smoothie

  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Check texture and add more milk if needed.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the smoothie. Add more honey for sweetness or more milk for a thinner texture.

Serve Immediately

  • Pour smoothie into glasses. Add a few berries on top for decoration. Serve cold.
