Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 packet (7 g) Unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Optional Small fruit pieces berries, kiwi, or mango

Instructions
 

Boil Water

  • Pour 1 cup water in a saucepan. Heat until it begins to boil.

Add Gelatin

  • Remove from heat. Sprinkle gelatin powder into hot water. Stir well to remove lumps.

Mix Sweetener

  • Add sugar-free sweetener. Stir until fully dissolved.

Cool Slightly

  • Let mixture cool for 5 minutes. Should be warm, not hot.

Add Yogurt and Vanilla

  • Stir in Greek yogurt and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Fruit (Optional)

  • Gently add small fruit pieces. Stir carefully to combine.

Pour into Cups

  • Divide mixture evenly into dessert cups or molds.

Refrigerate

  • Place in fridge for at least 2 hours until firm.

Serve

  • Check gelatin is set. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use cold water if adding fruit to avoid sinking
  • Adjust sweetness with sugar-free sweetener
  • Do not boil gelatin directly for best texture
  • Store in fridge until ready to serve
