- 1 cup Sugar
- Coconut Grated (for topping)
- Banana leaves (for wrapping)
Combine rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk for a smooth batter.
Cut banana leaves, and heat for flexibility.
Spoon batter onto a leaf, add coconut if desired.
Fold the leaf into a pouch, and secure the edges with toothpicks.
Steam pouches for 30-40 minutes until the rice cake is done.
