- 2 cups unsalted butter 4 sticks
- 1 whole garlic bulb minced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
Add Dry Seasonings
Add paprika, chili powder, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, black pepper, lemon pepper, cayenne and brown sugar. Stir well until fully mixed into butter.
