Ingredients
  

  • Blueberries – 1 cup fresh or frozen
  • Avocado – 1 medium ripe
  • Banana – 1 small
  • Milk – 1 cup dairy or plant-based
  • Greek yogurt – ½ cup
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon optional
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Wash the blueberries well. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh gently.

Add Fruits to Blender

  • Put blueberries, avocado and banana into the blender. Make sure the banana is ripe for sweetness.

Add Liquids

  • Pour milk into the blender. Add Greek yogurt. This helps make the smoothie creamy and thick.

Add Sweetener

  • Add honey if you like it sweet. You can skip it if the fruits are sweet enough.

Add Ice

  • Add ice cubes to the blender. Ice makes the smoothie cold and refreshing.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend everything for 30 to 40 seconds. Stop and scrape sides if needed.

Check Texture

  • Check the smoothie texture. Add more milk if too thick. Blend again until smooth.
