Pour yeast mix, add butter, and beaten eggs; mix into dough.
Knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth.
Place in a greased bowl; cover, let rise 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Punch down dough; divide, flatten, add filling, shape.
Place on sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 mins.
Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
