- Cajun seasoning – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons
