Ingredients
  

  • 1 large pita bread or flatbread
  • 3 slices deli turkey
  • 3 slices deli ham
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Lay pita bread flat on the cutting board.

Step 2:

  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly on the bread.

Step 3:

  • Place turkey and ham slices on top.

Step 4:

  • Add cheese, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce.

Step 5:

  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Step 6:

  • Fold the pita in half to close the sandwich.

Step 7:

  • Toast in a sandwich press or pan until warm.

Step 8:

  • Cut in half and serve right away.
