Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6 dates take out the seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove chopped
  • ¼ cup water add more if needed
  • Salt as you like
  • Black pepper as you like

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes.

Step 2:

  • Remove water and take off any date skin.

Step 3:

  • Put dates, vinegar, oil, mustard, and garlic in a blender.

Step 4:

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 5:

  • Add water slowly if it's too thick.

Step 6:

  • Taste it and add salt and pepper.

Step 7:

  • Pour into a clean glass jar.

Step 8:

  • Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Use Medjool dates. They are soft and sweet.
  • Blend well until the dressing is smooth.
  • Add lemon juice if you like it fresh.
  • Keep it in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Shake the jar before using it again.
