- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 6 dates take out the seeds
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove chopped
- ¼ cup water add more if needed
- Salt as you like
- Black pepper as you like
