- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 20 oz package cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
