Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups snap peas trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Optional: crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions
 

Blanch the Snap Peas

  • Bring a pot of water to boil. Add snap peas for 1–2 minutes, then drain and cool immediately.

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small saucepan, combine chili crisp, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and honey. Heat gently.

Mix Dressing and Snap Peas

  • Pour the warm dressing over the snap peas in a large bowl. Toss well to coat evenly.

Add Green Onions

  • Slice 2 green onions and add to the salad. Mix gently with the snap peas and dressing.

Add Sesame Seeds

  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sesame seeds over the salad. Toss lightly to combine for extra flavor.

Optional Garnish

  • Add crushed peanuts on top if desired for crunch and extra taste.

Chill Before Serving

  • Refrigerate the salad for 10–15 minutes to let flavors meld. Serve cold or at room temperature.
