- 1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 –3 fresh jalapenos sliced thin
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir well.
Cook Vegetables
