Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed keto bread
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten

Instructions

Cube the Keto Bread

  • Cut the keto bread into small cubes. Make them even so they cook well.

Toast the Bread Cubes

  • Spread cubes on a sheet pan. Bake until dry and lightly crisp for better texture.

Cook the Vegetables

  • Heat butter in a skillet. Add onion and celery. Cook until soft and fragrant.

Season the Veggies

  • Add parsley, thyme, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix flavors.

Mix Bread with Veggies

  • Place bread cubes in a bowl. Pour cooked veggies over the bread and toss gently.

Add the Broth

  • Pour chicken broth slowly. Stir until bread becomes moist but not soggy.

Add the Eggs

  • Pour beaten eggs. Mix gently so everything holds together when baked nicely.

Transfer to Baking Dish

  • Spread the stuffing into a greased dish. Press gently to shape the top surface.

Bake the Stuffing

  • Bake until the top is golden. The inside should stay soft and warm.

Cool and Serve

  • Let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your main dish.

Notes

  • Toasting the bread helps the stuffing stay firm.
  • Add more broth if you like softer stuffing.
  • Use fresh herbs for stronger flavor.
  • Mix gently to keep bread cubes whole.
  • Add cooked sausage for extra taste.
