Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: 5–10 drops of essential oil like lavender or peppermint

Instructions
 

Combine Sugar and Coconut Oil

  • Place 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup softened coconut oil in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Add Cinnamon

  • Add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to distribute cinnamon evenly.
