Ingredients
  

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or simple syrup
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • Soda water or sparkling water
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

Muddle Mint and Lime

  • Place mint leaves and lime wedges in a glass. Add sugar or simple syrup. Gently muddle to release juice and aroma.

Add Coconut Rum

  • Pour 2 ounces of coconut rum into the glass. Stir gently to combine with lime and mint.

Add Coconut Water

  • Pour ½ cup coconut water over the mixture. Stir lightly to blend flavors evenly.

Add Ice

  • Fill the glass with crushed ice. It keeps the drink cold and refreshing while diluting slightly.

Top With Soda Water

  • Add soda water or sparkling water to the glass. Stir gently to mix all ingredients without losing bubbles.

Garnish
