Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk everything until smooth.
  • Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
  • Pour the sauce into an airtight container.
  • Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes before using.
  • Stir before use and enjoy with quesadillas.

Notes

  • Use full-fat mayonnaise for the best taste.
  • Chill the sauce to make the flavor stronger.
  • Adjust cayenne if you want it more or less spicy.
  • Add lime juice for a fresh taste.
