- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Rum or Brandy
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Candied Pineapple (chopped)
- 1 cup Candied Cherries (chopped)
- 1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Grease the cake pan and preheat the oven to 350°F.
