  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Creole mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix the Base

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, and Creole mustard. Mix well until smooth.

Add Flavor

  • Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until blended.

Add Spices

  • Sprinkle in paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix again.

Taste and Adjust

  • Add salt and black pepper to your liking. If you want it spicier, add more hot sauce or cayenne.

Chill Before Serving

  • Cover the bowl and chill the sauce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This helps the flavors mix together perfectly.

Notes

  • Use full-fat mayonnaise for a rich texture.
  • If you can’t find Creole mustard, use Dijon with a pinch of cayenne.
  • Add more lemon juice if you like a tangy taste.
  • Chill the sauce before serving for better flavor.
