- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 lasagna noodles broken into pieces
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Add Ingredients to Crockpot
Transfer the cooked beef, onion and garlic into the crockpot. Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, beef broth and tomato paste. Stir everything together well.
