Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz   Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 ¼ oz  Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz Sour Mix
  • Ice Cubes
  • Pineapple Slice (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add ingredients one by one.
  • Pour into a pint glass filled with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into the glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
