- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Prepare the Brine
