Ingredients

  • Magnesium flakes
  • Boiling water
  • Coconut oil
  • Shea butter
  • Beeswax
  • Vitamin E oil
  • Lavender oil optional

Instructions

Make Magnesium Oil

  • Mix magnesium flakes with hot water. Stir well until all flakes melt into clear liquid.

Melt the Base

  • Add coconut oil, shea butter and beeswax into a pan. Heat slowly until everything melts fully.

Cool the Mixture

  • Remove the pan from heat. Let the melted mix cool for a few minutes before adding liquids.

Add Magnesium Oil

  • Slowly pour magnesium oil into the melted oils. Whisk gently until everything starts to blend.

Add Vitamin E

  • Add a few drops of vitamin E oil. It helps the cream stay fresh and feel smooth on skin.

Add Lavender Oil

  • Add lavender oil if you want a calming scent. Mix well to spread the fragrance evenly.

Whip the Cream

  • Whisk the mixture for a minute to make it fluffy. Keep mixing until it looks creamy and soft.

Transfer to Jar

  • Spoon the cream into a clean jar. Press lightly so no air pockets remain inside.

Let It Set

  • Leave the jar at room temperature. The cream will set into a smooth and thick texture.

Use on Skin

  • Apply a small amount on legs, arms or feet. Massage gently until the cream melts into your skin.

Notes

  • Use warm ingredients to avoid lumps.
  • Add more beeswax for a thicker cream.
  • Store in a cool place to keep texture stable.
  • Use high-quality magnesium flakes.
  • Add essential oils for scent variety.
