For the Dobash frosting:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the Wet Ingredients
Add eggs, warm water, oil, milk, and vanilla.
Mix until the batter is smooth.
