Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Heat the Water

  • Pour 2 cups of water into a small saucepan. Heat on medium until warm, not boiling.

Add Gelatin

  • Sprinkle gelatin powder into warm water. Whisk continuously to prevent lumps.

Add Sugar

  • Stir in sugar until completely dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Add Flavor

  • Add vanilla extract for aroma and flavor. Stir gently to combine with gelatin mixture.

Pour Into Molds

  • Carefully pour the mixture into serving cups or molds. Leave some space at the top.

Chill in Fridge

  • Place cups or molds in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2-3 hours until fully set.

Garnish and Serve

  • Add fresh fruits on top if desired. Serve cold as a light, refreshing dessert or snack.
