- Boneless chicken 500 grams, sliced
- Cornflour 4 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
- Egg 1 large
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil for frying
For the Sauce:
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Green chilies 2, sliced
- Onion 1 medium, sliced
- Bell peppers 1 cup, mixed colors
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chili sauce 2 tablespoons
- Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon

Marinate the Chicken
