The Easy Easter No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe is perfect for spring celebrations. It is sweet, creamy and very simple to make. You do not need an oven and you only need a few easy ingredients.

Ingredients
  

For the crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

For the filling:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Mini chocolate eggs
  • Pastel sprinkles
  • Any Easter candy you like

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • Mix graham crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until all crumbs look moist and mixed evenly.

Press the Crust

  • Pour the crumb mix into a springform pan. Press down firmly to make a smooth, tight base.

Chill the Crust

  • Place the pan in the fridge. Chill the crust for 20 minutes so it becomes firm and solid.

Beat the Cream Cheese

  • Add softened cream cheese to a bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy without lumps.

Add Sugar and Vanilla

  • Pour in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything blends into a smooth filling.

Whip the Cream

  • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until it becomes stiff. Do not overmix or it may lose its shape.

Fold the Cream

  • Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mix. Fold gently to keep the filling light and fluffy.

Add Lemon Juice

  • Pour in lemon juice. Mix slowly so the filling stays smooth, creamy, and thick.

Spread the Filling

  • Transfer the filling onto the chilled crust. Smooth the top using a spatula for a clean look.

Chill the Cheesecake

  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least four hours until firm.

Add Toppings

  • Before serving, add whipped cream, mini eggs and cute Easter sprinkles. Decorate with your favorite candies.

Slice and Serve

  • Remove the cheesecake from the pan carefully. Slice gently and serve cold for the best texture.
