Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Plate or tray
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix the Dry Ingredients

  • Add rolled oats, protein powder and chia seeds into a large bowl. Stir them well using a spoon. Make sure everything looks evenly mixed before adding the wet ingredients.

Add the Wet Ingredients

  • Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir slowly at first. Then mix well until everything comes together like thick dough.

Fold in Chocolate Chips

  • Add chocolate chips into the mixture. Stir gently so they spread evenly. This gives sweet bites in every ball. Do not overmix at this step.

Shape the Protein Balls

  • Scoop small amounts of mixture using your hands. Roll into small balls. Place each ball on parchment paper. Make sure they are firm and round.

Chill Before Serving

  • Put the tray in the fridge for about 20 minutes. This helps the balls firm up. After chilling, they are ready to eat and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
  • If mixture feels dry, add one spoon honey.
  • If mixture feels sticky, add extra oats.
  • Chill hands slightly before rolling balls.
  • Store in fridge for better taste.
