Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp pectin powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey optional for extra sweetness

Step 1:

  • Rinse raspberries under cool water. Pat them dry gently.

Step 2:

  • Blend raspberries with water until smooth. Strain to remove seeds.

Step 3:

  • Pour juice into a saucepan. Add sugar, lemon juice, and pectin.

Step 4:

  • Whisk well. Heat on medium flame until mixture thickens.

Step 5:

  • Add honey if using. Stir until smooth and shiny.

Step 6:

  • Pour mixture into silicone molds. Let it cool slightly.

Step 7:

  • Refrigerate for two hours until firm and bouncy.

Step 8:

  • Pop gummies out gently and enjoy fresh flavor.
