Ingredients
  

  • Naan bread – 4 pieces
  • Pizza sauce – ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups shredded
  • Bell pepper – ½ cup sliced
  • Onion – ¼ cup thinly sliced
  • Black olives – ¼ cup sliced
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes – optional ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This temperature makes naan crispy and cheese melt evenly.

Prepare the Tray

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place naan breads flat with space between them.

Add Sauce

  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over each naan. Leave small edges uncovered for crisp crust.

Add Cheese

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce. Cover well but avoid very thick layers.

Add Toppings

  • Add bell peppers, onions, and olives. Spread toppings evenly for balanced bites.

Season Lightly

  • Drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and chili flakes if using.

Bake the Pizza

  • Place tray in oven. Bake for ten minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.

Serve Hot

  • Remove from oven carefully. Let cool one minute. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use plain naan for best flavor balance.
  • Do not overload toppings or pizza gets soggy.
  • Pre-bake naan for two minutes if extra crispy base is desired.
