  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder optional

Instructions

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate Eggs

  • Separate egg whites from yolks carefully. Place whites in a large mixing bowl.

Whip Egg Whites

Mix Egg Yolks and Cottage Cheese

  • In another bowl, combine egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, garlic and onion powders. Blend until smooth.

Fold Egg Whites into Yolk Mixture

Bake

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes. Bread should be lightly golden and firm on top.

Cool Before Serving
