Fluffy pancake cereal is the latest breakfast trend everyone loves. Tiny pancakes are cooked perfectly and served like cereal. Kids and adults both enjoy them. They are soft, sweet and fun to eat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Maple syrup or toppings of choice

Instructions
 

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

Add Wet Ingredients

  • Add milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract. Whisk gently until smooth and creamy.

Prepare Squeeze Bottle

  • Pour batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag for easy tiny pancake shapes.

Heat the Skillet

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.

Pipe Tiny Pancakes

  • Squeeze small circles of batter onto the skillet, about 1 inch wide each.

Cook Until Bubbles Form

  • Cook pancakes until tiny bubbles appear on top, about 1–2 minutes per side.

Flip Carefully

  • Use a small spatula to flip each pancake. Cook the other side until golden brown.

Repeat With Remaining Batter

  • Continue piping and cooking until all batter is used, keeping pancakes warm.

Serve in Bowl

  • Place tiny pancakes in a bowl. Drizzle syrup or pour milk over them.

Add Toppings

  • Add fruit, chocolate chips or whipped cream for extra flavor and fun.

Notes

  • Use medium-low heat for soft pancakes
  • Don’t overmix batter to keep pancakes fluffy
