  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice or dill pickle relish juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional, for heat

Instructions
 

Step 1 – Mix the Base

  • Add mayonnaise and ketchup to a medium bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 2 – Add Flavorings

  • Mix in pickle juice, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Step 3 – Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to blend together.
