Ingredients
  

  • 4 orange roughy fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2:

  • Place orange roughy fillets in a greased baking dish.

Step 3:

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper.

Step 4:

  • Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the fillets.

Step 5:

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 6:

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Step 7:

  • Serve hot with rice, veggies or pasta.

Notes

  • Do not overcook orange roughy; it cooks quickly.
  • Fresh garlic gives the best flavor.
  • Add chili flakes for a little heat.
