Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional for finishing

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Prepare the Brussels sprouts

  • Trim the ends and remove outer leaves. Cut each sprout in half for even roasting.

Mix butter and garlic

  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and chili flakes if using.

Toss Brussels sprouts

  • Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl. Mix well so all pieces are coated with butter and garlic.

Arrange on baking sheet
