Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 6 crushed graham crackers
  • Extra butter for greasing

Instructions

Make the dough

  • Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let it sit until foamy and active. Add butter, salt and flour. Mix until soft dough forms.

Knead the dough

  • Place dough on floured board. Knead gently for eight minutes. Dough should feel smooth and stretchy. Let it rest and rise until doubled.

Roll the dough

  • Roll dough into a large rectangle shape. Keep even thickness across surface. This helps filling spread well and bake evenly every time.

Add the filling

  • Spread melted butter over dough surface. Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers evenly. Leave small border along edges.

Shape the rolls

  • Roll dough from long side into log. Cut even slices with knife. Place rolls in greased baking dish close together.

Let them rise

  • Cover dish loosely with towel. Let rolls rise again until puffy and light. This makes them very soft when baked.

Bake the rolls

  • Preheat oven and bake rolls until golden brown. Watch marshmallows melt and bubble gently. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.

Add extra gooey touch

  • Drizzle melted chocolate on top if desired. Add few mini marshmallows for pretty look. Serve warm for best soft texture.

Notes

  • Use fresh yeast for a good rise
  • Warm milk should be not too hot
  • Do not overbake or they get dry
  • Line pan for easy cleanup
  • Add nuts if you like crunch
  • Use big marshmallows if cut small
  • Cinnamon adds warm flavor twist
