  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla optional

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Use this time to prepare all your ingredients.

Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • Whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter in a large bowl until fully smooth.

Add the Corn

  • Pour in the whole corn and creamed corn. Stir gently until everything looks mixed.

Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add flour, sugar, and salt. Mix slowly to avoid lumps and keep the texture smooth.

Add Optional Vanilla

  • Add vanilla if you like a sweet flavor. Mix well to combine it fully.

Pour into Baking Dish

  • Grease your dish lightly. Pour the mixture inside and spread it evenly.

Bake the Pudding
