Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless green grapes
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Butterfinger candy bars crushed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions

Prepare the Grapes

  • Wash the grapes and pat them dry with a paper towel. You can cut them in half if they’re large.

Make the Creamy Mixture

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Combine Grapes and Cream

  • Add the grapes to the bowl and gently mix until all grapes are well coated with the creamy mixture.

Chill the Salad

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it set and chill.

Add Toppings

  • Before serving, sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger bars and chopped pecans on top.

Serve Cold

  • Serve straight from the fridge for the best taste and texture.

Notes

  • Always dry the grapes to keep the dressing thick.
  • Use both green and red grapes for a pretty color mix.
  • Chill before serving to help flavors blend.
  • Add Butterfinger right before serving so it stays crunchy.
  • You can swap Butterfinger with Snickers or Heath bars.
