Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce green crème de menthe
  • 1 ounce white crème de cacao
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaf for garnish

Instructions
 

Chill the Glass

  • Place your cocktail glass in the freezer. Let it chill while you prepare the drink.

Add Ice to Shaker

  • Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. This helps chill the drink well.

Pour the Liqueurs

  • Add crème de menthe and crème de cacao into the shaker. Pour carefully using a jigger.

Add the Cream

  • Pour heavy cream into the shaker. This makes the cocktail smooth and creamy.

Shake Well

  • Close the shaker tightly. Shake for fifteen seconds until the drink feels very cold.

Strain the Cocktail

  • Remove the chilled glass from freezer. Strain the drink into the glass slowly.

Garnish and Serve

  • Add chocolate shavings and a mint leaf. Serve immediately while cold.
