- 6 tomatillos husked and rinsed
- 2 jalapeños stem removed
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup water adjust for thickness
Boil the Vegetables
Add tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, and garlic to a pot.
Cover with water and boil for 8–10 minutes until soft.
Drain and Blend
Drain the water.
Add cooked vegetables to a blender.
Add cilantro, lime juice, salt, and ½ cup fresh water.
