Materials

  • Green tea leaves dry – 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Aloe vera gel – 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon optional
  • Lemon juice – few drops optional for brightening

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients

  • Combine green tea leaves and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir well until evenly mixed.

Add wet ingredients

  • Add honey, aloe vera gel and coconut oil. Mix into a smooth, slightly thick paste.

Add lemon juice (optional)

  • Add a few drops of lemon juice for extra brightness. Mix well, making sure it blends evenly.

Apply to clean skin

  • Wash your face with warm water. Apply scrub gently using circular motions. Avoid eyes and lips.

Massage gently

  • Massage for 2–3 minutes. Focus on dry or rough areas. The scrub will exfoliate and remove dead skin.

Rinse thoroughly

  • Rinse face with lukewarm water. Pat dry gently with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing too hard.

Moisturize

  • Apply your favorite moisturizer or aloe gel to lock in hydration and keep skin soft.
