Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh fruit juice orange, strawberry, or blueberry
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • Optional additions: 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vitamin C powder for extra health boost.

Instructions

Step 1:

  • Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Use fresh juice for best flavor.

Step 2:

  • Sprinkle gelatin over the juice. Let it sit for one minute to bloom.

Step 3:

  • Heat the mixture on low. Stir gently until gelatin fully dissolves.

Step 4:

  • Add honey or maple syrup. Mix until smooth and slightly glossy.

Step 5:

  • If using, add lemon juice or vitamin C now. Stir lightly.

Step 6:

  • Remove from heat. Let it cool for a few minutes.

Step 7:

  • Use a dropper to pour mixture into silicone bear molds.

Step 8:

  • Place molds on a tray and refrigerate for two hours.

Step 9:

  • Once firm, remove Healthy Gelatin Gummy Bears gently from molds.

Step 10:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

  • Use 100% pure fruit juice, not flavored or sugary ones.
  • Don’t boil the juice; it destroys vitamins and flavor.
  • Stir slowly to avoid bubbles and get clear gummies.
  • Adjust honey to taste depending on juice sweetness.
  • Always refrigerate gummies for firm, chewy texture.
  • Use silicone molds for easy shaping and removal.
  • Try mixing juices for fun flavor combinations.
