Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat Your Oven

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make Sour Cream Mix

  • Mix sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Crush the Crackers

  • Crush Ritz crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter.

Coat the Chicken

  • Dip each chicken breast into the sour cream mix. Coat well.

Add Cracker Crust

  • Roll chicken in cracker crumbs. Cover all sides.

Arrange in Baking Dish

  • Place coated chicken in a baking dish.

Bake

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Serve Warm

  • Top with parsley if you like.

Notes

  • Pound chicken breasts for even cooking.
  • Do not skip butter. It gives rich color and flavor.
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream if you want.
  • For extra flavor, add paprika to the cracker mix.
  • Do not overbake or the chicken may dry out.
