Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs optional

Optional toppings:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Let it preheat fully to ensure even cooking.

Prepare the Chicken

  • Rinse chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps the coating stick.

Mix Mayo and Spices

  • In a small bowl, mix Hellmann’s mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.

Coat the Chicken

  • Use a spoon or brush to spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

Add Parmesan Cheese

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each chicken breast. Press lightly so it sticks.

Place Chicken in Baking Dish

  • Put the coated chicken breasts in a greased or lined baking dish. Make sure they are spaced evenly.

Bake in Oven

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

Optional Broil for Crispy Top

  • Turn the oven to broil and cook for 2–3 minutes to brown the top lightly. Watch carefully to avoid burning.

Let Chicken Rest

  • Remove chicken from the oven. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This keeps it juicy.

Serve and Garnish

  • Slice the chicken and serve with parsley or lemon wedges. Enjoy warm and flavorful chicken.
