Ingredients
  

  • Fresh watermelon cubes – 2 cups
  • Gelatin powder unflavored – 2 tablespoons
  • Honey or maple syrup – 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Water – 2 tablespoons

Blend the Watermelon

  • Add fresh watermelon cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth and juicy. Make sure there are no chunks left. This helps create a smooth gummy texture later.

Strain the Juice

  • Pour the blended watermelon through a strainer. Remove seeds and pulp completely. You need clear juice for better texture. This step keeps gummies soft and even.

Heat the Juice

  • Pour the strained juice into a saucepan. Heat on low flame gently. Do not boil the juice. Warm it just enough to mix ingredients easily.

Add Sweetener and Lemon

  • Add honey and lemon juice to the warm mixture. Stir well until fully combined. This adds natural sweetness and a slight tangy taste.

Mix Gelatin Properly

  • Add gelatin slowly into the warm juice. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Make sure it dissolves fully for smooth gummies.

Add a Little Water

  • Pour in a small amount of water. Mix again gently. This helps balance the texture and keeps gummies soft.

Pour into Molds

  • Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds. Use a spoon or dropper for neat filling. Fill each mold evenly.

Chill the Gummies

  • Place molds in the refrigerator. Let them chill for at least 2 hours. Gummies will set and become firm.

Remove and Serve
