Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Mix the Cocoa Powder

  • Add cocoa powder to a large bowl. Break any lumps with a whisk until smooth and soft.

Add the Powdered Sugar

  • Pour powdered sugar into the bowl. Mix well with the cocoa until the color looks even.

Add the Salt

  • Add salt to the mix. Stir again to balance the sweet and chocolate flavors.

Sift the Mix

  • Use a fine mesh strainer. Sift the whole mix to remove any lumps and make it very smooth.

Store the Mix

  • Place the powder in an airtight jar. Keep it in a cool and dry place for best results.

Make Chocolate Milk

  • Add two tablespoons of the mix to cold milk. Stir well until the powder melts completely.

  • Taste your fresh chocolate milk. Adjust the amount of mix if you want stronger flavor.
